According to the FDA website, Kraft has recalled its Kraft American Singles because a supplier did not store an ingredient used in this product in accordance with Kraft’s temperature standards which could result in premature spoilage.
The affected product is limited to four varieties with “Best When Used By” dates of February 20, 2015, and February 21, 2015:
12 oz. Kraft Singles (16 slices
16 oz. Kraft American Singles (24 slices) (36 count case)
16 oz. Kraft American Singles (24 slices) (12 count case)
64 oz. (4lb) Kraft American Singles (4×24 slice)
Consumers who have purchased any of these products should not eat them and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund.
