This Policy does not apply to any third-party applications or software that integrates with the Services (“Third Party Services”). In addition, the Client Terms of Service govern delivery, access, and use of the Services (“Client Agreement”), including processing of messages, files, and other content (“Client Data”). In this instance, the entity or individual who entered into the Client Agreement (the “Client”) controls Client Data.

Collection of Personal Information

We collect and otherwise receive the following categories of information (collectively, “Your Information”) via Webform submissions, Chat’s, SMS, as well as Phone calls:

Client information. We collect personal information that is necessary for our legal services, including but not limited to, names, addresses, contact details, and any other information pertinent to the matter we are managing for you.

Usage information. We collect information related to your use of the Services, including actions you take in your account. We may also collect general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Services automatically, including how many individuals visit a specific page on the Services, how long a visitor stays on such page, and the hyperlinks visitors click.

We will not share SMS opt-in consent and phone number information with any third parties or affiliates.

We will retain and use Your Information as necessary to comply with our business requirements, deliver the Services, fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and to enforce compliance with our agreements. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Protection of children’s personal Information

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of sixteen. If you are under the age of sixteen, please do not submit personal information to the Services. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage to help enforce this, Policy.
