October 1st marked the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Throughout the month organizations from all over the country work together to increase awareness of the disease, heavily emphasizing the importance of early detection.
A Finkelstein and Partners team is gearing up for the “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” walk on Sunday October 18th, at Woodbury Common in Monroe-Woodbury, NY. This will be the 6th year that the Finkelstein & Partners team will walk to raise awareness, raise funds and take part in the fight for the cure. Thanks in part to American Cancer Society supporters, breast cancer death rates have been declining since 1989. But there’s still more work to do – we can’t stop now.
