Since 2011, when Finkelstein & Partners launched ‘Commit to Quit’, our distracted driving program, we have made every effort to educate drivers about the dangers of distracted driving. We attended our first event of 2017 in Mechanicville, New York this past week.
Thank you to our friends at the Cornell Cooperative Extension, STOP-DWI New York, County of Albany Sherriff’s Department, Mechanicville Police, CBS 6, the Saratoga Auto Museum, and New Country Toyota for your efforts! Together with our community partners we were able to educate teenage drivers (and their parents) about the dangers of distracted driving, impaired driving, and other dangerous driving behaviors. Michael Raucci, owner of New County Toyota, generously gave away 3 $1,000 scholarships to three lucky students.
