Andrew Finkelstein, Managing Partner, is pleased to recognize Pat Streich on her 40th anniversary with the firm. A Cornwall, resident, Pat joined the firm in 1973.
“In her 40 years with the firm, Pat has been with us through changes in location, technology, and the practice of law,” said Finkelstein. “Throughout those years, our ongoing commitment to client satisfaction and positive outcomes has never wavered thanks to the dedication of people like Pat. On behalf of the attorneys and staff at F&P, it’s my pleasure to extend congratulations to Pat on this impressive milestone,” continued Finkelstein.
In her early years at F& P, Pat worked as a legal secretary in commercial and personal injury law. These experiences provided her with the opportunity to learn a broad array of legal work and expand her overall knowledge base. In 1990 she was promoted to supervise the “No Fault” Department and worked with Information Services to update the department’s computer systems and establish work flow policies and procedures. This launched Pat’s management and information services career as she studied workflow and computing needs and sought better ways to enhance productivity and customer service. Her accomplishments include the introduction of document imaging. Today she serves as Supervisor to the Case Assistants.
“I have never been bored with my many jobs at F&P – there always seems to be new horizons to conquer, as well as new concepts to learn and share with my co-workers. My favorite part of the job is when I can share the knowledge I have gained from working here for the past 40 years and contribute to the firm’s continued growth as we move forward in the 21st century,” said Pat.
Congratulations, Pat!
