The Veteran was seeking service connection for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), mental disabilities, anxiety and depression as well as Total Disability Due (TDIU) to Individual Unemployability. VSG submitted to the VA additional medical evidence along with buddy statements to support the Veteran’s breakdown in 1976. As a result the VA granted 70% for PTSD and TDIU with an effective dated of 8/20/08. Veteran was awarded compensation in the amount of $39,287.25. The VSG successfully won a previous claim for service connection for depression and PTSD where the Veteran was awarded service connection for PTSD with a rating of 50% resulting in an award of $15,811.80. VSG, then pursued claim for Inferred TDIU. VSG submitted a Notice of Disagreement on the Veteran’s behalf. The veteran’s overall rating is 90%. The decision granted the Veteran TDIU entitling him to 100% rate effective 12/18/09. The total compensation awarded on both claims was $55,099.05. Veteran was awarded compensation in the amount of $23,953.60. The veteran was seeking service connection for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). VSG submitted a Notice of Disagreement directing the VA to the new PTSD regulations. The decision granted the veteran a service connected 50% disability rating for PTSD effective 1/22/10. Veteran was awarded compensation in the amount of $38,232.30. The Veteran was seeking service connection for post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD). VSG obtained the necessary medical documentation and provided a supplement to the Veteran’s appeal. VSG also directed the VA to the new PTSD regulations that became effective 7/13/10. The decision granted the Veteran service connection for PTSD with a rating of 70% effective 4/30/09. Veteran was awarded compensation in the amount of $36,489.00. The Veteran was seeking entitlement to an earlier effective date for Clear and Unmistakable Error (CUE) for residuals of fractures of left and right foot. VSG submitted a Notice of Disagreement on the Veteran’s behalf. The decision granted the veteran service connection and CUE with earlier effective date 7/31/1992. The Veteran was seeking entitlement to service connection for back and legs. The VSG counseled the veteran and encouraged him to seek and obtain medical care. He was given 40% for his back and 10% each leg for radiculopathy secondary to his 40% back condition. Veteran was awarded compensation in the amount of $25,273.90.
