Our 42 year old client was stopped at a red light not expecting a distracted driver was going to change her life forever when he hit her in the rear. The force of the impact snapped her head back aggravating a long standing problem she had with her neck. Ultimately, as a result of the aggravation she now needed another surgery to fuse two levels of her spine.
