The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) sends out weekly newsletters to Veterans and their families. These newsletters contain everything from current events to changes in VA regulations/policy, to various types of resources available for Veterans. Recently, VA News, which is an official website of the VA, has published a list of the top 10 Veteran Resources from last year. One of the top resources from 2022 came from the U.S. National Park Service, which unveiled a lifetime pass for free entry to National Parks, totaling around 2,000 locations across more than 400 million acres of public lands. This pass is available for Veterans and Gold Star Families.

The discounts were last verified in October 2021, and a full list including links to all the vendors can be fond at: Veteran discounts available year round – VA News .
