The beginning of April has been marked with abnormally severe weather that affected New Yorkers across the State.
According to the N.Y. Times more than 35,000 N.Y. residents lost power between April 2nd and April 3rd. The weekend concluded with yet another weather advisory. Residents in the mid-Hudson valley area and Southern Catskills dealt with slick roads as snow and freezing rain fell.
These types of storms can be especially dangerous, some drivers simply aren’t cautious enough as they expect warmer spring weather to prevent roads from becoming dangerous.
